Make sure you're on our FREE construction list


In order to bring fiber to your home, we need to add you to our construction list. Give us a call at 1-800-245-5884 to be added to our list for FREE

Step 2


Engineering and marking


Our engineering team will visit your property to map the route. You may notice some paint markings in your yard — these help guide our construction crews on where to safely place the new line and avoid other utilities / sprinkler systems / invisible dog fences.

Step 3


Construction begins


Our construction crews will install the fiber line to your home. We’ll work efficiently to minimize any disruption to your property.

Step 4


Splicing


A specialized splicing crew connects your new line to your home’s network. This step ensures a strong, secure signal for your upgraded service.

Step 5


Scheduling your installation


Once the outside work is complete, an NCC representative will contact you to schedule your in-home installation at a time that works for you.

In-home installation


Our installer will visit your home to complete the setup and ensure your new service is up and running smoothly.
