If I have a question about my bill, or an issue with my service, who should I reach out to?

We will notify you personally as soon as your account is fully moved to our systems, and we can begin providing you with support. Until then, please continue to reach out to Nemont.

Can I manage my account with NCC via SmartHub?

Yes! Like Nemont, we use SmartHub to make it easy for you to manage your account and services. Click here to register on your desktop, or download the SmartHub app on App Store or Google Play. To register, you’ll need your NCC account number, which we will provide to you once we’re ready to begin servicing your address.

Can I pay my bill online?

Yes you can, through SmartHub. Here’s how to set up an electronic funds transfer (EFT):

  1. Log in to SmartHub
  2. Click “Billing & Payments” at the top of the screen
  3. Select “Auto Pay Program” on the left hand side
  4. Add your form of payment for automatic withdrawl.
    Please note: any accounts with auto-pay set up will see payments taken on the 12th of each month, unless it falls on a weekend or a holiday. Then, your payment will be taken on the next working business day.
