myNCC Connect™ CommandIQ® Mobile Application Privacy Policy

This privacy Policy describes how NCC (“NCC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information when you use the myNCC Connect CommandIQ mobile applications (The “App”).

The App is branded myNCC Connect and allows subscribers to manage and interact with their broadband services, network, and connected devices using CommandIQ technology created by Calix.

For purposes of applicable privacy and data protection laws, NCC is the controller (or business) of its subscribers’ personal information.  Certain technology and cloud services supporting the App are provided to NCC by third-party vendors acting as service providers or processors on NCC’s behalf.

NCC collects and uses personal information to provide and support the myNCC Connect™ CommandIQ® mobile app and associated broadband services.

Information collected may include basic account details (such as your name, email address, and account identifier), login credentials, network and device information, app usage data, and location information when required for regulatory or service purposes.

NCC uses this information to:

  • Deliver app features and account functionality
  • Secure and authenticate your account
  • Monitor app performance and improve user experience
  • Comply with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Communicate with you about your service

Your information is not sold and is not used for cross‑app tracking or targeted advertising. Any data shared with third parties is limited to trusted service providers that support app operations and are required to protect your information and use it only as instructed by NCC.
